MANDATORY DISCLOSURES

SCHOOL TIMINGS

School Timings for winter and summer for:

i)  Pre - Primary & Pre - School  : 8.00 am to 12.00 noon
ii)  Class I & onwards  : 8.00 am to 1.30 p.m
       

Parents/Guardians should keep their children ready to reach the school at least 15 minutes before the school timings.

 

GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS

  1. Parents/Guardians are not allowed to enter the classroom either to see their children or to talk to the teacher during class hours.

  2. They should contact the teacher on the PTM (Parents Teacher Meeting ) days to note the progress of their wards.

  3. They are allowed to meet principal on Monday, Wednesday & Friday between 8.30 am to 10 am only.

  4. They should inform the school immediately if there is any change in their address, telephone or cell phone numbers.

  5. They should co-operate with the school in its attempt to their regularity, punctuality and discipline.

  6. They should check the "Student's Dairy" everyday. They are advised to check bags of their wards to see if any circular, notice, invitation etc. has been issued by the school.

  7. They  should not criticize teachers or school in the presence of the child otherwise it will loose his or her respect for the teachers and will retard his or her progress.

  8. They should sign to progress report of each unit test (UT) / examination in the school.

  9. They should ensure that their ward carries text / exercise books according the Time Table only.

  10. Expensive articles, jewellery, mobile & phones, camera etc. are not allowed in the school. In violation of this role, the article will be confiscated.

DRESS CODE

To maintain the unity, equality and discipline, the students are expected to attend the school in school uniform prescribed for summer, winter & for sports as below:

SUMMER UNIFORM

  Boys: Striped Red Shirt, Cream Half Pant (Class I - V), Cream Pant (Class VI onward) White socks with Red Stripes, Black shoes with Laces, School Belt, Badges and Neck Tie.
     
  Girls: Striped Red Shirt, Red Skirt, White socks with Red Stripes, Black shoes with Laces, School Belt, Badges, Neck Tie (Pre-Primary & Pre-school) and Red ribbon.


WINTER UNIFORM

  Boys: White Shirt, Woolen dark steel grey full pant, Navy Blue Blazer, Nevy Blue Jacket (Pre – Primary), Sky Blue Jersey or Sweater (V Shape Neck), Navy Blue Socks, Black shoes with Laces, School Belt, Badges and Neck Tie.
     
  Girls: White Blouse, Woolen dark steel grey skirt, Nevy Blue Jacket (Pre – Primary), Navy Blue Blazer, Sky Blue Jersey or Sweater, Navy Blue Stockings, Black shoes with Laces, Sky Blue Ribbon, School Belt, Badges and Neck Tie.


UNIFORM FOR SATURDAY

White Pant, Sports T-Shirt and white Canvas Shoes, School Belt, School Badge and neck Tie.

SPORTS UNIFORM (Boys & Girls)

(i) For Pre - School, Pre - Primary (Tiny House)   Yellow Sports Track Suit, White Shoes, White Socks.
(ii) For Class I & onwards   White Skirt / White Pant & Neck T - Shirt in the following colours;

STUDENT GUIDELINES

  • Every student must carry the Student’s Diary and Identity Card to school each day.

  • Students should affix their photographs and write the required information duly signed by their parents in the space provided in the Student’s Diary.

  • Students who come to school on their own should arrive 15 minutes before the bell rings.

  • The morning bell before a class or assembly is a signal for all to go to the assembly or to their respective class- rooms. This should be done promptly and in silence.

  • Changing of classrooms between periods should be done in an orderly manner and silently.

  • Student should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. The school uniform should be worn on all working days and for all school functions.

  • All boys (except Sikhs) must keep their hairs short. Girls must tie their hairs neatly with a red band (summer), Blue ribbon (winter).

  • No student should damage any school property i.e.-electronic fittings, furniture, write or draw anything on the walls.

  • Lending or borrowing of money or other articles is strictly prohibited.

  • Students who come to school with their escorts should never leave before the escort arrives. In case of delay, they should report to the school office.

  • The school reserves the right to suspend the student whose conduct is harmful to other students or whose attendance falls short.
